Aspen Apartments opened in Fall 2020. Aspen Apartments is coed and houses 128 second year and above students. Aspen Apartments is configured in four single bedroom apartments. Aspen Apartments offers study lounges, large community kitchens, and free laundry rooms on each floor. A student staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience.
Each apartment includes a furnished living area with a 42" Television and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, sink, and cabinet/counter space. Each apartment features separated shower and toilet/vanity areas. Bedrooms are furnished with carpet and movable furniture including a full XL bed, desk, chair, and under-bed storage.
