Wingate Apartments is currently under construction and scheduled to open in November 2023. Students may apply for Wingate Apartments for Fall 2023, but please see details below before selecting as special conditions apply.
Wingate Apartments is coed and houses 140 second-year and above students. Wingate Apartments is configured in four single bedroom apartments. It also offers study lounges, community kitchens and free laundry rooms on each floor. A student staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience.
Each apartment includes a furnished living area with a 42" Television and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, sink, and cabinet/counter space. Each apartment features separated shower and toilet/vanity areas. Bedrooms are furnished with carpet and movable furniture including a full XL bed, desk, chair, and under-bed storage.
Special Conditions for Fall 2023
Wingate Apartments is currently under construction with an expected completion of November 2023. Second-year residents and above. Students will have the option to apply to move into Wingate Apartments for Spring semester during the Fall semester. Second-year residents and above living in a non-apartment building when the Wingate Apartments Application opens will receive priority and be able to access the application earlier than apartment residents.
